14 Day Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase (it happens!), you may return it.

We follow a 14 day return policy during which the customer must inform us that they would like to request a return. The item(s) should then be returned within 14 days after the 'return request' has been approved. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Handle and repackage the items with care. Any merchandise returned must be received back unworn, unused, undamaged, free of makeup, pet hairs, dirt, soils, deodorant and perfume etc; have all original tags attached and be in its original packaging. 

To Start A Return

To request a return, please email us at Contact Us with your order details and reasons for return. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return by way of contacting us, will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

The cost of the return of the item must be paid for by the Customer; and we recommend that all packages are tracked. We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost, stolen or damaged in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part. 

Damages And Issues 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days of the item being received, if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item; so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best customer service and overall satisfaction. (We recommend that you take a photograph where possible).

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (i.e. bespoke/custom made, special orders or personalised items), face masks, pierced jewellery, accessories, bodysuits or swimwear (where the hygiene seal has been removed), or any sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

Please allow up to 15 working days for your parcel to be returned. We suggest that you refer to your tracking records.

Returns are processed within 5-10 business days after your item(s) are received. We will notify you once your package is received and inspected. Once approved, you will be issued a full refund in the same way as original purchase.
